After a jury convicted appellant, Melvin Dewayne Jones, of aggravated robbery, the trial court assessed punishment, enhanced by two prior convictions, at life confinement. In seven points of error, appellant generally complains that (a) the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction and that the trial court erred in (b) overruling his objections to hearsay and opinion testimony, (c) overruling his requested jury instruction on the lesser-included offense of theft, (d) overruling his objection to the prosecutors improper jury argument, and (e) admitting certain penitentiary records. We overrule all points of error. Accordingly, we affirm the trial courts judgment.
